Anisotropic filtering performance
We've covered antialiasing, but anisotropic filtering deserves a little attention, too.

Rolling through the resolutions, there's not a whole lot of difference in anisotropic filtering performance between 64 and 128MB cards.

Other than ATI's impressive performance, there's really not much to see here. Different BIOS revisions for our Radeon 8500LE cards have the two scoring slightly differently, but there's no real advantage for 128MB cards.
