Serial ATA performance
Moving to Serial ATA, we tested performance with a Western Digital Raptor WD360GD SATA hard drive. Again, we used HD Tach 3.01's 8MB zone test.

As we saw in our ATA performance tests, the boards exhibit nearly identical Serial ATA performance. Also note that there's no difference in performance between drives connected to the NFPIK8AA's nForce Pro 2200 and 2050 chips.
