Two weeks ago, Microsoft cut the price of its Xbox 360 console from $349.99 to $299.99 and announced a new, more expensive model with a higher-capacity hard drive. In short, the 20GB console will keep selling for $299.99 until stocks run out, while a 60GB variant will take its place at $349.99.

As Engadget reports, the 60GB Xbox 360 has now begun to trickle into the market. Amazon already has the console in stock at the $349.99 list price, while the older 20GB system is still available at $299.99.

Little seems to differentiate the two consoles aside from their storage capacities, although the pricier system apparently has "Go Pro" and "Now with 60GB hard drive" scribbled on the outside of the box.
