Thanks to continually declining hardware prices, we've been able to concoct some amazingly affordable builds in our latest system guide. The star of this edition is undoubtedly the Utility Player, which now packs a triple-core Phenom II, a GeForce GTX 260, and four gigs of RAM for less than $700.
