And then there were three. As the anticipation for Intel's upcoming Lynnfield launch builds, we've put MSI's first take on the P55 chipset under the lights for a photo shoot. Here she is:


MSI's P55-GD65

Once again, MSI elects not to participate in the power phase arms race

The P55 I/O hub doesn't look like it needs much cooling

Without a P55 north bridge component, more mobos should have room for seven expansion slots

Yup, that'd be all the bases covered

Voltage probing, anyone?

The ability to directly probe CPU and memory voltages will no doubt delight finicky overclockers. We'll tell you how well the P55-GD65 actually overclocks just as soon as we can. Stay tuned.
