I'm not paying to see that disgusting example of personal degradation.
However, my offer of $100 to the person who proves they can take a dump (solid, no drizzlies) while running at full speed is still open. That's degradation worth paying for!

Let me get this straight. You wouldn't pay to watch me eat chili, but you would pay to watch me take a dump? Fetish much?

I'm just ashamed that in less than five posts in this thread, I've already been involved in a fecal discussion. I feel dirty.

Let's just leave the bowels out of this...

New topic... people base their notion of color on what they see it as. Red seems to be 'red' and blue seems to be 'blue'. However what if someone else say their red as your blue? Could everyone really like the same color and just see it as a different color?

Unless someone has a serious neurological problem, this could not be the case based upon how the eye works. [link]

What I think is cool is the condition known as synesthesia, where there is a neurological condition which allows people to smell sounds and hear words as different colors.

I wonder how "don't ya mean type" would smell...

I understand that certain wavelengths excite certain cones and that sequence of nerves is how we differentiate colors. That really wasen't what I was getting at. What if our eyes both return a value that would be say 'x'. In my mind when that 'x' gets to my brain it identifies that was blue. However in your mind that 'x' is identified as red.

How do you say someone's perception of a color is more valid then anyone elses?

You too. How's your day been so far? Mine has been awful. Got in today and was told that they're giving my laptop to a health aide so she can take it back and forth between schools. I'm going to get a new laptop, but I have to get all my stuff off this one by end of day.

The tablet is indeed very nice, but its total lack of disk drives is a problem sometimes. And right now is one of those times with this nonsense project I'm helping with.

I hope so, but won't know until I try it out. The thing is....I've just been using the fake wood grain that is my desk top.....and it's wearing away. So I figured it couldn't hurt....and might even help me live longer / kill more in UT. (Right, I know.... the last part is just a big pipe dream.) :D
