This is a new Australian TV show comedy called "Housos", its a comedy about a bunch of bogans/rednecks/low life scum who live in comission housing in a place in NSW, they try to scam the government out of disability pensions, fight with the police, general stupidness. Its pretty funny, but its full of swearing, racism and stereotyping, but if you can get around that its freakin' hilarious:
