Her gimmick is that she is a long lost relative of Babe Ruth, and she comes out to Take Me Out to the Ballgame, but a customized darker instrumental version of it. She was trained by the Dudleys (Bubba Ray and Devon) or "Team 3D" as they are known in TNA.

Of course with my ECW shirt, i know better. I wish I would have seen a show, but I declined to go when my nephews and brother (Berserkben) went to see ECW.

Fun fact: My trainer, Afa the Wild Samoan, trained Mickey Rourke for this movie. At our training center here in Orlando, Afa has the ring from the movie. We train all our new students in the ring. It still stained with Rourke's blood from the movie. (it's been cleaned if you are wondering).

I'm in the process of doing it. Solo. And it is hard, so you think there is a Boot Camp kinda thing here in Indiana?

Thanks! I know wrestling is not for everyone. Yeah, I think the BOOT CAMP class thing is a branded class that many gyms offer. Our gym chain charges extra for it since it's super intense. Others do it for free. I'd ask your local gym and see what they offer.

I usually workout alone, but these types of class can help motivate you for sure. Especially when you are work toward a goal, it does help to have people come along for the journey!

We are running a GREAT story now with WWE's Developmental Territory FCW in Tampa. This is great for me and all the WXW wrestlers as we will have an opportunity to see seen by the WWE (we had that before, but now on a larger scale). And I am in the middle of it! Here's the latest!

WWE DEVELOPMENTAL TERRITORY FLORIDA CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING (FCW) RETALIATES AGAINST WXW IN LEESBURG, FL! SEE EXCLUSIVE VIDEO OF THIS SITUATION AT HTTP://WWW.WXWWRESTLING.COM!

LEESBURG, FL -- WXW, Owned and operated by WWE Hall of Famer and legend Afa "The Wild Samoan", invaded FCW's show in Leesburg, FL August 21st. FCW decided to run a show in WXW's building, the Leesburg Armory. WXW made a statement (VIDEO: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y7KkY2mvIK4) by crashing FCW's show. FCW learned that WXW is an organization not to be underestimated and certainly not disrespected by a booking show in WXW's building.

Friday August 28th WXW management and wrestlers, all dressed in suits and ready for business, showed up in Kissimmee at another FCW Show. WXW wanted to continue to send a message, as they did the week previous when FCW ran in WXW's building. However In Kissimmee, FCW promptly called upon security and the local POLICE, to ensure WXW did not enter the building! WXW was escorted away from the building by these officials and was not allowed in.

Saturday August 29th WXW returned to the Leesburg Armory. After seven exciting matches, the main event of the evening was rudely interrupted by a group of FCW wrestlers The group, led by Byron Saxton, included Donny Marlow, Duke and Bo Rotundo, Eli Cottonwood and more! WXW TV Champion Richard J. Criado, "The Perfect Creation" was set to face the Irish Lionheart C.J. O'Doyle. Their match lasted all of thirty seconds as the FCW contingent hit the ring, attacked Criado and O'Doyle, and proceeded to spraypaint "FCW" on their backs, just as WXW did to FCW the week previous.

CJ and Criado had just started their match, when the group of FCW wrestlers hit the ring. FCW obviously wanted to exact a measure of revenge. Then Da Biff, Sulu Afi, Puerto Rican Hound Dogg and WXW Cruiserweight Champion Jerrelle Clark hit the ring, and eventually the entire WXW locker room emptied, driving the FCW contingent out of the ring! WXW Commissioner Ricky Santana came to the ring as well, and got on the mic to tell the FCW group that they made a big mistake. Byron Saxton got on his mic (stolen from the WXW Ring Announcer) and told WXW to watch their back because now they've started something they can't finish. Interestingly FCW President Steve Keirn did not accompany his men to the ring. KING HAKU had to be physically restrained by several WXW wrestlers as he was boiling over with rage.

The loyal WXW fans began a deafening "WXW!" chant, which drowned out Byron Saxton. Then, the fans began to sing, "Na Na Na Na, Hey Hey Hey, Goodbye" to the FCW group, just as the FCW fans had done to them last week! Most certainly, an explosive situation! Statement from WXW Owner Afa "The Wild Samoan": "Tonight FCW learned a valuable lesson, that you don't disrespect WXW. WXW talents are the best in the world, and if FCW continues to show disrespect to us, we will teach them a lesson they won't soon forget. The war is on!"

Still looks painful to me. When you got dropped on your back in the beginning against the Irish dude I was feeling it. Scripted or not, I couldn't do what you do and look good doing it. Then again, I'm 5' 9" and like 180 pounds, so I'm ill-equipped.

Have you ever just let a move get away from you and really hurt somebody bad during a match? Or had it done to you? How do you guys handle something like that if it happens?

That move was called a back drop. It wasn't executed perfectly but still look decent. I've actually never hurt anyone before (which is a good thing) and I've only once been directly injured because of a move in a match. This dude kicked me directly on my left knee from the side and I tore something in there. This was '04 and needed surgery.

Cumulatively even doing it right the bruises add up to real injuries. I've had 3 Knee surgeries (2 left and 1 right), with the most recent one being in Feb or this year. I've sprained both ankles numerous times, dislocated my hip and shoulder, broke a few fingers, stuff like that. But generally we are trained to be safe. At the same time "safe" doesn't mean it should look bad though. So we still do hit each other pretty hard. There's just a difference between hitting SO HARD that you hurt them, and hitting them JUST ENOUGH to hurt and make contact but not injure them. That's why we train so much.

Oh and to answer your other question....When a person really gets hurt in a match he will typically tell the ref or his opponent this and the match will end rather quickly. A good example of this is when Owen Hart (RIP) legitimately broke Stone Cold Steve Austin's neck in a match with a botched move. You can see Owen try and tell the ref and waste time. Then they set up for the finish since he was too hurt to continue. This was obviously not the planned finish.
