A *real* fighter would have broken the cripple on Sugga's head!

Yes, he was legit on crutches, he broke his leg last week.

I actually bent the crutch significantly when I hit him on the back. :)

Of course. For now, I gotta get back in the groove and drop another 15 pounds and 6% on my body fat. I've already dropped 20 pounds and 8% body fat since March of this year. :)
Just curious, what percentage of your body is composed of fat now? And what workouts have you been doing to reduce your body fat percentage?

Right now I am 215lbs. and 19% body fat. In June I started 10-week workout course called "Boot Camp" which is 2 days a week of intense cardio and strength training. That ended in August but I just started another one last week which will run through November. That has helped me tremendously. In addition to those Boot Camp days, I work out three days a week weight training. So like I said above my next goal is to hit around 13 - 15 % body fat and be around 205lbs. Even if I can remain the same weight while losing the body fat I'd be happy since I am gaining muscle at the same time. I just want to be in "good shape", I am getting there, but not quite where I want to be, yet.

Hmph, I *might* wrestle in an otherwise woman's only match 8) could be fun.
Otherwise...I can't see doing a sporting event when t he outcome is already decided. It doesn't gel for me somehow; I'm not knocking it but it just ain't my thing. Hopefully your return goes well though.

What would be the difference if you were acting in a play? You certainly know the outcome, yet actors still perform all the time. Same thing.

Ah, so you want to get thrown off SNL just like Andy Kaufman back in the day.

Yeah, I know wrestling is more acting (with very physical demands) than sports in the purest sense of the word...but I can't get my teeth into it *shrugs* different strokes.

And Ned: Getting thrown off SNL means I got ON SNL in the first place. so yeah :D who wouldn't take that chance?

A crutch match? What does that entail? Is the mayor going to be there again?

And that Lexi Fyfe looks like she knows about 12 different ways to kill me with her bare hands. :o

Just watched the documentary and really enjoyed it. Never was into watching wrestling that much but it looks like a lot of fun to be in!

I saw one of the refs giving you a hard time in one of those matches. Do they do any real referring or are they really just there for added entertainment?

Do they pay you per match? What's the range of pay?

Good luck in your next match!

Thanks man. Refs are part of the show. They know the finishes, etc. However they are trained to ALWAYS be counting to three. So, it's the wrestlers job to kick out before a three count. The rest of it, is part of the show. As far as pay, it depends on the level obviously. WWE wrestlers can make anywhere from 100K per year to over 5M (if you are a top star). Independent wrestlers like I am can make $100 - $200 per match, nothing you can make a living on to be sure. :)

Oh come on! EVERYBODY knows that PerfectCR is an *entertainer* and *I* want to knock Tim Sylvia's big dumb block off.

That said, I dunno if I'm dumb/prideful enough to get in the ring with Fedor, that dude is scary. I thought it was incredibly classy that he checked to make sure Sylvia was all right after Fedor taught him to fall down, and *apologized* for hitting him so hard.

Fedor = my hero.
