I notice that on some products, namely beauty care products, the ingredients usually contain water, but is is listed as, 'water (aqua)'. This is on many but not all beauty products I see. Is there a reason why the word 'aqua' is included in parenthesis? Is it just to sound fancy french, or is there some other reason?
