So, ComicCon is on in the Emerald City this weekend

Which was noticeable in downtown Seattle yesterday because there were more people than usual wandering around having made odd clothing choices (I recall during one PAX I drove by a bus stop and the crowd waiting for a bus included Sailor Moon, the guy with the big sword from Final Fantasy, and Master Chief, among others). Anyway, this popped up on the Seattle Police Department's official Twitter feed.

Meh, it's Seattle. Should such an event ever occur in Burlington, VT, I'd expect the same response (though Burlington PD doesn't yet have a mounted unit. not for a shortage of horses in the area).
