Nutrition and Exercise coaching, the Real Deal

Wed Jun 25, 2014 12:06 am

This is not spam... I've been here awhile. :-)

So my wife is just finishing up this year-long program that has totally transformed her, both physically and emotionally. They don't just deal with what to eat, but why to eat, and how to avoid emotional eating, etc. Plus the workout programs are excellent.

The eating portion is based on all whole, freshly made foods. If it comes out of a package, it's frowned upon (except protein powder and vitamins and that sort of thing, of course). It's been good for our whole family in that regard.

The approach is to change just one thing at a time. You change a single habit, then work on that one habit for two weeks. Then you add a second habit, and work on that for two weeks. It's far easier to be successful by not trying to change everything all at once.

I recommend this program for anyone who wants to get in better condition, but could benefit from some coaching.

If you're so inclined, please check out the finalists and vote for my wife, #16!
