Yes, you'll need another directory structure. You technically don't need another jar (just the path), but whatever you can throw a copy in there too.

Yup adjust the properties, start it, and good to go.

One last silly question... Since the port number is different, I'll need to tell the players to connect to that port, with the same host name address, right? That should be obvious when connecting to the server? (Again, I don't actually play, so I don't know what the interface looks like)

Gleek, what is the environment like on your server; is it ok for kids?
My 9 year old is really into minecraft, so much so that he had me get him a VPS server so he can run his own servers, uses discord, twich, and who knows what else when using minecraft.

He keeps asking me networking questions, so I think you are gonna have to help me out (and him as well) with some knowledge.

In the meantime, i'll see if I can get him to start visiting your server.

we're pretty friendly kid-environment, with the exception of myself, i got a potty mouth and you know me - no filters! lol

we have kids (not sure of age) play on my server that hail from germany, netherlands, sweden, finland, norway, and a lot of euro countries for some odd reason...

Gleek, My 9 year old said your server was ok and has some glitches.
PM me on a weekend when a lot of people come on and I'll have him jump back in.
