I love this game too, and do wonder about what will happen to it in the future. I mean, given how it works - If the servers for it get pulled at any point then it's game over. You cant play a MMO racer / second life kinda game with no actual online gameplay.

This is proven by the fact that when it did launch (and server reliability was awfull), you could not log-in to play the game - it just quit. I hope they can pull it together somehow, as I dont want to see this game die...
