Thought some of you may appreciate this. I recorded this with Fraps. Just a minute of footage from Bioshock Infinite on a triple screen rig. I need an upgrade :P

SLI will also give you stutter :P You need a more powerful single-GPU card instead... Like a Titan or something

You could try simply reducing the in-game settings and disabling AA/AF to see if helps first before investing into new hardware.

Just read the latest "Inside the second" article here on TR - you'll see... That's why I always go for single-GPU cards (like my Titan)

Nvidia's Scalable Link Interface works pretty well, but the key takeaway -- from a long-time SLI user -- is that if it's too difficult for one card, it's too difficult for two cards. In other words, SLI will help jump a playable framerate into "fluid" territory, but it won't help an unplayable framerate become playable. If one card can't consistently produce frames in under ~50ms (20fps), then the frame delivery won't be consistent, and the driver can only do so much averaging to smooth out the inconsistencies.

THAT SAID, if you ARE getting playable framerates, SLI can definitely help. I went from ~31FPS in ENBRL Skyrim to vsync'd 60 going from single-card to SLI. That's an atypically good result, but sometimes it really does work that well. (´・ω・`)

disclaimer: auxy did not watch the video because she is at work.

Justifying your purchase much? I think I've read "my Titan" in just about every post I can recall from you recently.

Of course, if I had one, I'd be bragging and justifying it too.

Makes my 6 YO 8800GTS 640MB seem somehow inadequate.
