Help! ActiveSync won't see my files through Explorer!

I have a Dell Axim 3Xi and I was synchronizing my PPC2003 with my PC just like any other day. Just a while ago though, I found I could not see any files through ActiveSync Explorer on my PPC. In the Mobile Devices window, it's blank! What should I do? I tried restarting the computer, soft-resetting on the PPC - almost everything! Is there anybody who can help me?
