Plug-n-Play MP3 player (shows up as a drive)

it needs to have a Zen/Ipod ish large display. any suggestions? no crappy drivers or required software (shows up as a drive). the creative muvo2 is the only real option I've found but it has crappy controls and a very small display.

can you use an ipod without any software and do all the song adding and subtracting using it like a removable drive?
