What free apps from the App Store do you recommend? Paid apps are OK too, but I would also like to see a free alternative.

Oh, one you should download is SoundHound. Music recognition on your phone is AWESOME.

I have MyDocuments2Go, which lets me read, edit, and save Office documents. It costs $15, but if you use Office docs or Google Docs on the go, it's worth it.

Consume - A way to check your data consumption with respect to your cell phone plan.
