I recently had a problem with my acer 5600 where when windows (xp) loaded, the keyboard, touchpad, power button and all usb's would not work at all. I booted up in ubuntu which worked fine and wiped the hard drive, then installed windows 7 which also worked. However after a few reboots the touchpad now doesn't work on that. It goes between not working at all and being very very laggy. Inoperably so.
So, any ideas on what I should do?
