Goophone! pre-emptively copying Apple

http://www.cultofmac.com/188571/goophon ... -in-china/lol, so this Chinese company makes an iPhone 5 lookalike and threatens to sue Apple if it releases the iPhone 5 in China. This should be good.

To Apple:
Good luck in the Chinese "court system". Your plans to sell several hundred million I5s in China just got cut off by an authority against which there is no appeal.

I think this is pretty bad too from a purely intellectual perspective. This isn't like Samsung's so-called 'slavish copying,' this is intentionally copying the design as much as possible. But the emotional side of me does want to see Apple lose, or at least get taken down a notch or two.

Sheer poetry MUAHAHAH! And in China... they can get away with it too. The Chinese government is being paid off by this company I bet, and they can probably make taxes off of it and all sorts of other double dipping money laundering things.
But I agree, couldn't have happened to a better (more crooked) company
