Running early WP 7.8 rom

Just installed, i'll let you know how it goes.

obviously not closed to finished. many of the system icons are not displayed properly on small tiles. start screen seems to be the only change on this rom. I can't see any other changes. I'd wait, not really worth installing till it works perfectly. i'll probably keep it, but only cause i'm too lazy to flash stock back tonight.
