Mail hosting recommendations?

I don't know where else to stick this so I put it here...

Does anyone have any recommendations for Domain/E-mail hosting?
right now I am looking at:

http://www.swishmail.com/emailhostinginfo2.php

I need roughly 40 addresses.

Has anyone used anyone to either recommend or avoid?

This is who I go with, You might not need the website, but its the best deal I have found. I have been using them for over a year and not one problem/complaint.
