Good wireless NIC card?

Got a shiny desktop coming in soon, and am wanting to add a wireless NIC card to it. There's tons on newegg, but I can't find any real reviews on them--and I don't always trust the user reviews. I have a pre-N Linksys router, and a fairly fast network. The desktop will be 2 rooms away from the laptop. Any particular cards that really rise above the rest?

I suppose you might've already found a card, but if not then I know several folks who like this card, though you'll need a PCI slot for it.
