Easiest Way to View Used Ports?

Aside from using Wireshark, what other methods do folks around here use to view used ports on a Windows box? Don't get me wrong Wireshark is great, but it's not always the easiest thing to read.

netstat -b

Resource Monitor with Windows 7, or TCPView.
