I'm trying to brush up on my networking knowledge and spoke with a friend who is a network specialist. My co-worker and I are about to move some of our clients off of PIX's and into some ASA's. I'd really like to know more about what I'm doing with these before jumping balls deep into them. We are going to order an ASA for our office network, that way we have the opportunity to get some hands on before messing with our clients network.

My friends suggested picking up a good book on DNS just to start, saying that it would be a great starting spot to understand most all other networking aspects. Anyone have a suggestion on a good book for DNS and possibly PIX/ASA for a networking newbie?? Thanks guys.
