PS3 Wifi

I live in a building filled with Wifi spots, but in my room there seems to be none. I have a modem connected to my computer in my living room but its not wireless. Usually i just scan around and find someones but its starting to get weaker so i was wondering how could I connect my computer & my PS3 to the modem wirelessly?

So whats a good router that could connect about 50 feet away?

Any wireless router should be able to connect to something 50 feet away. It's more if you start doing heavy torrenting and such does the router handle it well or not and will the router die 1 week out of warranty. I have found the WiFi in game consoles to be so inconsistent that it almost isn't worth messing with. Wired for teh win
