You may find replacement ones, with an appropriate wire, at eBay or Amazon. Just search for "IPX to SMA". You may not find a surface-mounted connector but the standard one should work, you just have to figure out how to secure it to your router's case. Or try something like this, though I am not sure if it has the same size as Asus':http://www.rfstreet.com/ch_contentd.asp?id=2044
If your router still gives you enough range and bandwidth with leftover antennas - I would not worry about this at all.
