Stop Calendar Sync In Entourage

Does anyone know if there is a way to stop Entourage from syncing the calendar with an Exchange server? Also, is it normal for Entourage to take a long time to update every folder with an Exchange server?

logs would be excellent here. there are a of problems that can arise, and without logs the symptom doesn't mean all that much. myriad
