Visio-esque program

Anyone know a good program (thinking along the lines of Visio) for OS X?
I need to make Entity-Relationship graphs and flow charts. I may also have to do some UML work later.

The most popular one (that I know of) is OmniGraffle. The pro version can import Visio files, too, IIRC.
I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do, I do not do. But what I hate, I do.

OpenOffice Draw? It's not as fully-featured, but it's free.
