I hear next they're going to port it to DOS...

So Classilla is a new Mozilla port to Mac OS 9. Are there people still using Mac OS 9? Really? I mean, it got replaced as the flagship OS in 2001, replaced as the default OS in 2002, lost its boot-ability in new Macs in 2003, and got completely killed in 2007.

I just don't see how this is useful. Amusing, but not all that useful.
I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do.

I know people still running Windows 98, 95, ME, and 2000. So people running Mac OS 9, 8.5, 8.1, or 7.5 doesn't surprise me either.

My wife's PC is still runing Win2K. I am seriously thinking of reformatting it this week and installing XP though, as it seems to have come down with some sort of terminal malware infection that none of the usual malware removal tools have been able to get rid of.

I see old beige PPC Macs every now and then, and this will at least help keep them useful until the hardware dies. Beats using an outdated version of iCab, I suppose.
