Unlocking iPhone 3GS

How easy is it to network unlock the latest iPhone 3GS if you're using windows? I know it needs to be jailbroken first but dont know how to do that either. Can someone help me out with some advice? :D

All you need is here : http://iphonejtag.blogspot.com/

There are 2 tutorials written at the bottom of the post. Follow them step by stem and you can't go wrong :)
