How many fans/heatsink extra will i need and is 350w enough

How many fans/heatsink extra will i need? Also is 350 Watt PS enough?
Heres the specs on system im going to buy.

AMD Thoroughbred 1800+ (1.53GHz) Retail CPU

Liteon 16X DVD Drive (Black Face) with Power DVD software

Liteon 52x24x52x CDRW

Panasonic 1.44Mb 3.5" OEM INT. black floppy drive

Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 8 30Gb ATA133 7200RPM Liquid Bearing HD

Samsung DDR333 (PC2700) 512Mb RAM

Asus V9280-TD GF 4 Ti4200 128M DDR w/DVI, TV out, AGP 8X, Games

The CPU comes with original fan/heatsink and the PS has a fan too, but how many more will I need I was thinking 1 for sure but not sure if I should go for 2. Heres the heatsink/fans im deciding between these 2 Thermaltake VOLCANO 8 A1394 heatsink and fan copper Or Tsunami Iceman-1680 CPU Cooler


Also will 350 Watt PS be enough for all this or should I spend more money and get the 375Watt PS with dual fan?
Heres the case and PS im want to get 18” ATX Tower w/CWT 350W power supply model

Or should I spend more and get ACT Cry w/ acrylic front, Front USB/IEEE/Audio w/375w PS .

I dont really wanna spend more on PS but I will if I have too, also I may upgrade to an amd xp 2700 or 2800 next year so is 350 watts still ok?

well if it is a branded power supply it should be ok on my system i have a volcanoe 6cu and i have 3 seperate case fans
