MicroATX Power Supplies

So I'm looking to fix some size issues and move my rig from an atx case to a microatx case. Almost all my parts will fix in a microatx case but the problem that I run into is that I don't know what to do when it comes to power. I'd like one of two things: (1)to get a powerful enough PSU for a an ATi HD 4850 or (2) to get a lower profile card(like the 4670) with a PSU that will be able to power it.

So my question would be, are there powerful enough PSU's in the microatx form factor to power a decent graphics card? Or should I make concessions on the graphics card in order get the form factor? Is there a way to get the best of both worlds(a good PSU and good graphics)?

The vast majority of MicroATX cases accept standard sized ATX power supplies. Really I can't think of any good case that doesn't accept a standard ATX power supply. On another note, you really don't need anything over a quality 400W PSU for a HD 4850.

The only difference between micro-ATX and ATX power supplies is the depth. ATX power supplies are 1.6" (40mm) deeper. EPS12V power supplies are even deeper than that.
