help finding a psu

what is a good psu at around 550 watts at a decent price that is modular

I'm not sure about that particular Antec unit, but this OCZ one's pretty good:

EDIT: For what it's worth, the ModXStream won an editor's choice award in TR's own affordable PSU roundup.

This one is a bit more expensive, but Corsair makes some very nice modular power supplies.
