Essentially I'm looking for a ATX power supply that takes 12V for plugging into my cigarette lighter in my car. Yes, I know about the noise and I plan to use filters. Current vendors would be appreciated.

Here are some quick answers:

try a google search for: ATX DC power supply

As a note, the cheapest price I saw was about $280 for a 300W supply. You might consider getting a decent DC->AC converter and using a regular AC powersupply. I would be much cheaper if a little less efficient.
