Well, I finally finished putting my computer together and today the CPU arrives. Any BIOS tweaks that you guys can recommend for the SOYO board? Wish me luck.

I have pretty much the same setup...
Athlon XP 1800+
Soyo Dragon+
256 DDR 2100 CAS 2.5
GF3Ti200

I noticed a BIG difference when I set the BIOS speed option from NORMAL to TURBO. I did have to change my DDR CAS level from 2 to 2.5 since I only have 2.5 DDR, but it made a HUGE difference in speed. Other than that I haven't done any serious tweaking.
