Sandy Bridge availability

Postposted on Fri Jan 28, 2011 9:13 am

Im finding it very difficult to source a K series sandy bridge processor for my new build.

I have all the other components for my build except the Core -5 2500K that i ordered, which keeps getting pushed back and back in date (latest update was 11th february)

Im in Ireland and ordered everything off Komplett.ie

The other few e-retailers operating in ireland say a 3-4 day wait for their 2500K chips, but i've noticed this getting pushed back and back before.

What is going on with supply?!?!

If you're not averse to ordering from overseas, I've had good experiences with Hardware Versand. Shipping is very expensive though (20-30€), so it's only worth it if you're buying, say 300€-worth of stuff.
