x86 MTRR under QNX

x86 MTRR under QNX

I'm running in to an issue and I'm suspecting the processor of issuing speculative reads. How do I determine the MTRR/PAT settings under QNX? Under Linux I could just "cat /proc/mtrr", what's the equivalent for QNX?
