Suggestions Please

Okay, I have two CPU's (AMD 2100 & 2200) just lying around also some nondiscript pc3200 (512mb) ram.

Here's what I am asking I want to use this stuff in a SFF PC I also want to water cool it. I might add a top o' line video card (if its worth it) or a AIW (9800 preferably or a x800 if one is out). I also need some suggestions on water cooling what setup would be optimal! or are there some really good water kits available for SFF PC's.

Any and all input would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.
