smallest 1 ghz or higher pc

i am looking to have someone oem me a pc and i need it as small as possible i dont need anything excep audio, video(VGA,S-VIDEO,RCA), usb, and i dont need cd drive or firewire i have a castronix pc c134 http://206.14.132.88/products/Travla/c134/C134.html and i like it but it cant handle mpegs that are encoded at high resolution. I have a digital content delivery software i use and i would like to find a new pc that is in sub $450.00 range.

Making one that small will probably be kinda rough, though a system that'll run what you need for under 450 is pretty simple

Have you looked into replacing the CPU? I'm guessing since it's an Epia board (from that link) that it's got a VIA C3, which isn't really enough for any MPEG viewing...but I also think you might have a standard Socket 370 that may be able to handle a Tualatin PIII, which would have a much better time with your video decoding.

Otherwise, I can highly recommend the Biostar ideq 210V, which has onboard video, sound, 100mbit LAN, and USB (and retails on Newegg for only $150) and an Athlon XP or Sempron (Socket A).
