Looks like good choices to me, the only thing I might change is to up the proc speed to 2.4 its only about $50 more and you will get alot more speed. And maybe go with the Albatron Ti4200.

Id get the Albatron because they have a new Ti4200 that is supposed to oc to Ti4600 levels. Plus they have excellent products and support.

I'd recommend that you drop the floppy. Not only will your hard drive appreaciate the room, but isn't it about time that you treated yourself to a USB floppy?

I second Eric's suggestion to up the processor to 2.4 Ghz. Other than that, everything looks good. It's amazing what you can fit into those shuttle cases. Hope you enjoy your new system. :)
