Got my SB51G -WOW!

Can you do me a small favour. When you get it built, go into the bios and check the temps. I bought one and, on mine, the System and CPU temps seem to be reversed. This means the fan never speeds up under load. Not good. Hope yours is better. If yours is OK, can you post back with the bios number. Thanks

Eric, I'd love too, but I'm still trying to decide ( and afford ) which digital camera I want.

Whocares: Yea, I put the test proc I had back in my laptop, but when my other proc gets here I will. If I remember correctly it was sensor 3 that was the cpu. But I'll double check when I have it up and running.

Ok, it's slowly being put together.

Some updates on stats.

P4 2.4b at 146fsb stock voltage - anything higher kills onboard audio.
As of now, only 256 Crucial DDR PC2100 - but that will change.
WD 40BB 40 GB IDE HD - once again, will change.
Now, the crowning bit of happiness, I found the Sony DRU-500A at the local Best Buy, for a reasonable price. Best part is the faceplate on the sony is a 'brushed metal' look, so it blends in very nicely ( except for the beige outter ring )
ATI 8500 - Retail ( at 149 fsb I get 10k 3dmarks, not terrible ) ( Hopefully soon to change with a 9500Pro )

There are still a few issues I'd like solved with it, such as lack of PCI divisor most importantly, but its looking good.

You might want to clock down your CPU before you put the 9500 Pro in. I had trouble with that in my SS51G. I can no longer overclock my CPU as high without it locking the system.
