SN25P build questions

Everyone,
I'm thinking of putting together a SFF box as my next build. Does anyone know if I'll run into tropuble with this parts list?

Case/mobo - Shuttle SN25P AMD Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 Ultra Barebone

Video Card - XFX PV-T71G-UCE7 Geforce 7900GT 256MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16

CPU - 939 X2 3800+

RAM - Crucial 2x1gig DDR 400

Optical drive - NEC DVD burner

As far as HDDs go, I'm thinking about a small raptor for the OS/apps, and a large samsung for everything else, but I still haven't decided for sure.

I would love to see a HD capture card come out for a PCI-Ex1 slot, but I'm not going to hold my breath (heck I'd settle for a NTSC capture card in a PCIex1 format).

Anyone have any thoughts on if that video card will fit in the SN25p case?
Will that PS drive all that hardware without problems?
Any other misc. thoughts/comments?

I would think . . . I am not speaking from experience . . . That Shuttle would like to keep its image as good as possible.

It would appear from the specs on the system that they have considered quite a bit. For example . . . 4 SATA II connectors? PCI-E vid-card slot? I think they have all beses covered.

The one question I have to ask is - are you considering OC'ing? That would be the one area of concern for that PSU. Other than that, go for it.

I'm not planning on OC'ing. I may gve it a whirl at some point in time, but then probibly just for kicks.
