I'm not familiar with prices in the Philippines, but if it were me, I'd offer about $300 (US) max for the hardware. Some things (like fans and aftermarket CPU coolers) don't really "count" in the value of a system IMO (a system of that caliber doesn't even need 4 case fans BTW). For reference, I just priced that same system on Newegg here (not including the case fans) and it was $445.

The Sandy i3 is still a capable processor, but it's certainly dated.
The mobo is basic. Only having 2 RAM slots means the buyer would have to toss all the current RAM if they wanted to upgrade.
PSU is decent, but not outstanding by today's efficiency standards. Plus that system probably only pulls 150W under load. That puts the load power far below the maximum PSU efficiency (50% PSU load)
Case/CPU cooler/hdd all baseline.
A 7770 is an R7 250X (rebrand), so pretty low end for gaming.

Yeah I'd agree with Pete.
$250 to $300 seems about right.

If you include a monitor, mouse, and keyboard, you may get more. Spend $130 on them and then look for $500. People want complete systems. Those who want just a tower are looking for an upgrade, which this will not be for many people.

It depends on how you want to market it. If you're selling to a non-gamer and just going for the lowest price, I would pull the graphics card and any additional fans that they won't need. You might also consider swapping in the stock Intel HSF and a cheaper PSU. Most of those things won't increase the value of the machine to an unknowledgable person, and anything that can be repurposed for your next build saves you money.

I always price based on where you are going to sell it.

For example, if you're selling locally via an internet ad, look for similar ads and see what people are selling systems for. Keep in mind that most people aren't going to know or care about the value of all of the components. A PC that is already built is more valuable to the average non-enthusiast gamer than a pile of parts brand new in box.

If you're selling online, like eBay, it gets a lot less predictable. Search for gaming systems with somewhat similar specs (CPU, RAM and basic GPU "tier") and see what people are purchasing them for (look at completed auctions). Price it accordingly.

If you try to sell it on a forum like this you're not going to get much since everyone here can build a similar or better system for a reasonably low price.

The $250-$300 estimation from others seems reasonable here, but you'd likely be able to get a lot more by selling it to those who don't see the value as the cost of the parts. I know plenty of people who will go to Wal-Mart and ask if their $300 Acer desktops with Celeron J1800 CPUs will play some 3D game... which it obviously won't, and they're surprised to hear that the $700 Dell with a Core i5 Haswell Quad is way faster but still won't do the job. To them, your PC would be well worth a middle of the road $400-$500, simply because it is way faster for gaming than any system with an IGP and it is already built.

I don;t know how they sell hardware(or how much it cost) in the Philippines, but that hardware was outdated even two years ago. You might be better off upgrading the memory and GPU instead of selling your system. Oh wait are you selling your system because you have to?

I'm in Australia and have a few pinoy friends. But I don't think any of them would buy hardware in the Philippines, they buy it in Oz and take it back with them.

For $300, for a 2-year-old i3 that was already dated, I think you got a better deal than your buyer did. Or at least you lucked out. Nice job!

You got a great price @ 300$ Considering I got a refurbished i3 2120 system 3 years ago refurbished for 3289$ minus the HD7750 I put in for $80. So congrats on the good sale.
Plus people keep saying dated...a I3 2100 is a snappy PC especially when mated with a SSD, it may be old but it is not as dated as many may think, the buyer could throw a gtx 750 ti in it for minimal money and have a SWELL little gaming rig.
