Yup it is...PC 2100 is 266 ram...2700 is 333mhz...and 3200 is 400mhz...the new fast stuff...3500 is rated up to 500 and the Kingston hyperx series is 533mhz

The DDRxxx number is the effective clock speed of the memory bus in MHz, and the PCxxxx number is the peak memory bandwidth in MB/sec. Since the memory bus is 8 bytes wide, the PCxxxx number is always 8x the DDRxxx number.
Nostalgia isn't what it used to be.

266(.6667)MHz * 8 bytes (i.e. 64-bit physical bus) = 2133(.3333) MB/s

So yes, it's PC2100 (or PC2133 if there were such a thing, but 2133 is just called PC2100).

And soon I will be pulling out the bike. I just put the battery back in 'er and fired her up. Now she just needs an oil change and a warm (and dry) day!

Oh...and this year she's gettin' a nice new Corbin seat.

Isn't having a smoking section in a restaurant
like having a peeing section in a swimming pool?

No doubt! I was just thinking of the fact that I need to schedule some auto-x into my summer schedule! I went hiking on Cougar Mountain last weekend, so at least I got some non-machine-conditioned air. But the car has been feeling lonely and neglected lately. I think it wants to go really fast.

Anything exciting coming up?

They use the PC number to make it sound bigger than RDRAM, which at the time used titles like PC800.

Whatever happened to RDRAM... I know they got up to 1066, did anything come after that?
