Printer Ink

So a friend of a friend just gave me a call asking about ways to get dirt cheap ink packs for his HP printer. I print maybe 10 pages a year so I am the last person on earth to ask, but I think you guys can help me out. I did some random searching and came up with a site listing 920XL black ink for $13 a piece, but I do not trust this site (my trust is hard to gain.)

I know these are remanufactured, but he does not seem to mind it. Any suggestions would be great.
