New Build, Odd Issue

hey all, so i just built a new pc today,
amd fx-4100
8 gigs (2 x 4 gig kingston 1600mhz) ram
64 gig crucial m4 ssd
1 tb seagate hd - reused from last system
radeon x1950 pro video card - reused from last system
windows 7 ultimate 64 bit
so anyway, when i try to play youtube videos, they freeze every 3-5 seconds, never seen this happen before, any ideas?

Slow internet speed? Also, if you have video post-processing turned up really high for internet video (theres a check box in CCC for that), that can cause a lot of buffering pauses.

internet speed is 20 Mb down 1.5 up, and just the windows wddm driver installed, no ccc installed yet

i fixed it, i disabled the built in flash within chrome and had the browser use the regular flash plugin
