Which budget vidcard for a low-end CPU?

Ok, I'm looking to upgrade the vidcard on a wimpy Celeron 800 (TNT in there right now). I can get a Kyro2, GeF2MX400, or Radeon7200 all for about the same price (~$75). I know that the Kyro2 easily outperforms the other two in most comparison tests, but those are always done with high-end CPUs. Since the Kyro2 needs a fast proc, would the Cel800 render its advantages useless? Would the GeF or Radeon outperform it on such a slow processor? Recommendations welcome.
And can anyone point me to a review that uses budget vidcards on LOW-end CPUs? I haven't seen any (which is stupid, because that's where budget vidcards are used most).

Here's a comparison of a couple of dozen video cards on a P3-800. That shouldn't be too far from what you're looking for. They also tested with a K7-1200, so you can see the difference that the CPU makes.

Expect older video card prices to fall when the new GeForce4 line arrives next week. The best deal I've seen recently was for a GeForce2 GTS (not MX) for $49.

You didn't mention the OS/OS's you plan to run. Last I checked the Kyro was Windows only - if you plan to dabble with XFree86 on Linux/BSD etc then one of the other two would be a better choice.

Well, it's for my brother-in-law's machine. He's strictly a Windows user. I think I can convince him to go up to around $100 for the GeF2 TI. Thanks for that link.
