RADEON 9500

Wed Dec 04, 2002 7:37 pm

I found one for 150 euro...is it worth buying for upgrading my GF4Ti 4200 128MB or it is a waste of money?

my advice... stick with your TI 4200.

by the time you actually NEED a faster video card.. there will be cheaper or better options.

on the other hand... it is fun to have the best NOW instead of waiting.
but seriously, i can still run all the games currently available.. and i have the ORIGINAL radeoon.

DO NOT REPLACE IT YOU MORON. That is a stupid question. if you really aren't happy with the ti4200, SAVE up your money to get a 9700 pro or not

It is a big matter of money actually....
i say if you already have such an extreme video card, stick with it
until youre ready for the Radeon9700pro (which is a monster by all aspects)... unless do not replace it
for anything..
and when youre done with it, send it to me by air mail..
i can use one of thsoe.

yeah, the 9500 is better than the 4200, but not enough to justify 150 bones. keep whatcha got.
1 GHz on a 100 MHz FSB...gotta love technology.
