PNY GF3 Ti500 + TV - HELP!

Hi, I have a PNY Verto GF3 Ti500 and am having no luck using the TV-out. I have everything hooked up but when I go into Device Selection in the Display properties, the option for TV is greyed out. Is there a driver or something I'm missing? Please help. Thanks.
